Nigerian adult content creator known as Persephone (@call_me_sephy) has made waves online after boldly claiming she earns over ₦20 million monthly through her digital platform.
In a tweet that has since gone viral, Sephy revealed that 700 subscribers each pay her ₦30,000 monthly, generating an estimated ₦21 million in revenue. “I have 700 people sending me 30k every month,” she tweeted. “You want me to stop because you like me but you won’t compensate me? You must be very st—id.”
Backing up her claim, Sephy shared a screenshot showing her gross earnings from her content platform at approximately ₦22.23 million, with net earnings of ₦15.62 million. The breakdown includes revenues from subscriptions, tips, purchases, and referrals.
In spite of questioning the rising demand for adult content, she expressed no hesitation in capitalising on it. “I don’t know why waywardness is selling now,” she wrote, “but I know I’m going to eat my share of the cake. Where there’s demand, I shall supply.”
