Nigerian adult film actress Wunmi Savage has revealed that her entry into the p0rn industry was triggered by a period of depression, adding that her self-confidence and body positivity played a role in her decision to remain in the spotlight.
Speaking candidly about her journey, the actor said she began sharing explicit content on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) during a difficult time in her life.
According to Savage, her posts quickly gained traction online, drawing a mix of admiration and criticism.
“I wasn’t in a good space mentally,” she admitted. “I posted some of my content on Twitter, and it went viral. I got both positive and negative comments.”
Savage added that her self-image and confidence in her physical appearance made it easier for her to embrace adult entertainment as a career path.
“I like my body. It’s sexy and everything,” she said. “So why deny people heaven?”
