The All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign team was at Minna, Niger state today for their rally.
The party’s presidential aspirant, General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) visited the hilltop mansion of former military head of state, General Ibrahim Babangida.
Buhari, accompanied by stalwarts of the opposition party was received personally by the ever smiling gap-toothed General at his mansion.
APC Chieftains who accompanied Buhari to Babangida’s house include running mate, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, Director-General of the Buhari/Osinbajo Campaign Organisation and Rivers State Governor, Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi, former chairman of the APC, Chief Bisi Akande, former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, former governor of Osun state, Chief Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Senatorial Aspirant in Kogi State, Hon. Dino Melaye among others.
Babanginda while addressing the gathering at his house “called for peaceful conduct during the elections urging contestants to be magnanimous in victory”
