Former Nigerian Minister of Aviation, Mr Femi Fani-Kayode, has said that he will throw his weight behind the controversial Hate Speech Bill if the provisions are made to function retroactively and the first victims to be sanctioned are President Muhammadu Buhari, Bola Tinubu, Nasir El-Rufai, Festus Keyamo and Rotimi Amaechi for the hateful words they have spoken over the years.
