Nigerian actress, Jumoke George, has through actress Biola Adebayo’s platform, ‘talk to B’, shared a heart-wrenching video of herself in tears, pleading for financial assistance amidst her struggles with poverty, homelessness, poor health, and a missing child.
In the sobbing and emotional video post, she expressed feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by life problems and struggles, calling out to women and everyone all over the world for financial support.
The actress said she has been sleeping on the floor of a Church hall for six years now because she could not afford to rent an apartment not to talk of building a house!
Jumoke said: “Please pray for me, I’ve never ruined anyone’s life. I’m tired, I can no longer bear it. I don’t have a home, nor anything, and my child is missing.”
Her heartfelt words sparked an outpouring of concern and support from online users, who flooded the comment section with messages of hope, encouragement and prayers.
