Reality TV star, winner of the 43rd Miss Nigeria beauty pageant, lawyer, entrepreneur, and brand Influencer, Beauty Etsanyi Tukura, simply called Beauty Tukura, has opened up about the factors that led to her breakup with fellow Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) alumnus, Neo Akpofure, citing intense online scrutiny as a major force on their relationship.

Tukura, while speaking in an interview with media personality, Toke Makinwa a few months ago, disclosed that while their split was based on valid reasons, the overwhelming attention from their fan base only added more pressure.

“Neo and I had a fan base, and these people are very passionate. They see things in black and white, and that put a lot of strain on our relationship,” she explained.

She also admitted to briefly calling out Akpofure on social media following their breakup, though she later deleted the posts. However, she expressed no regrets about addressing the situation publicly, acknowledging that her emotions got the best of her at the time.

Reflecting on modern relationships, the reality star voiced her concerns about the lack of commitment and accountability in today’s dating scene. “I am a lover girl, and I appreciate love, but this generation struggles with commitment and accountability. Men just want to vibe—it’s rinse and repeat,” she said.

As for her personal life, Tukura revealed that she has moved on and is currently focused on herself rather than pursuing romantic relationships. “Right now, I am not interested in men. My priority is myself,” she stated.
