CJN summons chief judges of six states over conflicting court rulings
Reports coming in say that the Chief Justice of Nigeria and Chairman of the National Judicial Commission, Justice Tanko Muhammad, has summoned the chief judges of six states over the conflicting decisions all given by courts of coordinate jurisdiction.
