PDP’s Bala Mohammed wins Bauchi gov poll
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Senator Bala Mohammed, has been declared winner of the Bauchi State governorship election. He defeated his closest rival, the incumbent Governor of the State, Mohammed Abubakar of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Mohammed polled a total of 515,113 votes to defeat Gov. Abubakar who got 500,625 votes.
