Saraki arrives CCT with over 30 senators as his trial for false declaration of asset resumes today (Photo)

The resumed hearing of Senate President Bukola Saraki’s trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, commenced this morning March 11th. Saraki arrived the court in company of no fewer than 30 senators.

Deputy senate president, Ike Ekweremadu, Ben Murray Bruce, Stella Oduah, Hope Uzodinma, Shehu Sani, Dino Melaye, and Sam Anyanwu are among the senators that accompanied him to the court. Saraki is standing trial for false declaration of assets while he was Governor of Kwara state. The case was adjourned till March 18.

  1. Mr.Bukola Saraki is facing trial over issues that could have ostracized him in a decent country.However in Nigeria, the reverse is the case.He is being treated with an American Rock star status. The picture depicts a defendant who is only showing up in court just for the formalty and protocol sake. Look at those that comes with Bukola, just look at the picture.
    Did they not say birds of the same feathers flock together? These criminals are looting while the average Nigerian don’t know where his next meal will come from. Ben Murray, you are shameless, you have no sense of ethics as far as the rest are concerned, the God of the common people will deal with you.
    I will not be surprised if Bukola Saraki is acquitted or trial does not hold at all.He got the whole NASS in his hands…the silent Avatar will judge all of you and will never know peace including the Supreme Court Judges who let WIKE GO!
