The female corp member, Nwankpa Blessing, who was kidnapped few days ago in Nasarawa State where she was deployed to, for her Youth Service, has finally regained her freedom.
NYSC’s Director-General, Brigadier General Sulaiman Kazaure, who was with the corp member Thursday, said she was rescued in good health.
Kazaure who gave Blessing words of encouragement, further directed the NYSC Coordinator for Nasarawa State to give her all the necessary support throughout the remaining period of her service.
Blessing was also offered an opportunity to relocate to another state but rejected it as she chose to remain in Nasarawa State till the end of her service year.
