Billionaire businessman, Rasaq Okoya turned 76 last week Tuesday January 12. He had a lavish party at his palatial estate in Lagos over the weekend which was attended by dignitaries including Lagos state governor Akinwunmi Ambode, Senator Florence Ita Giwa, Senator Daisy Danjuma, Abba Folawiyo and others.
