Yes we must blame all of them who handled the issue surrounding this bridge. What do we call this? Yesterday, the bridge fell on some people and killed 7. This morning, the second beam of the overhead pedestrian bridge fell again around 8:30am. Thankfully, no life was lost this time. For those who died from the bridge’s collapse, the contractor and those who awarded the contract should be charged for manslaughter.
