According to Sahara Reporters, armed robbers numbering about 15 have reportedly just attacked First Bank in Ikare, Akoko Area of Ondo State.
A source, who just confirmed the news to SaharaReporters, said the robbers used dynamite to blow up the entrance to the gate of the bank and carted away a yet to be ascertained amount of money.
According to the source, the suspects shot eleven persons, among them four mobile police officers and a young girl.
Sahara Reporters’ correspodent gathered that the robbers have been at the scene for close to one hour. (Source: SR)
