Buhari jets out to Gambia for Barrow’s inauguration

 President Buhari departs Nigeria for Gambia (photos)Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday morning, departed Nigeria for Gambia where he will be attending the second-term inauguration of President Adama Barrow holding today January 19.

He left via the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

The President will be accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Geoffrey Onyeama; National Security Adviser, Maj-Gen Babagana Monguno (rtd); Director-General, National Intelligence Agency, Ambassador Ahmed Rufai, and other top government officials.

Buhari is expected back in the country at the end of the inauguration ceremonies.
