The US President, Barack Obama joined Twitter today in his own personal capacity. Reports say within 5 hours of joining, he had 1 million followers and still counting. This one is his personal twitter account and different from @BarackObama account that was being run by Organizing for Action staff.

The reigning Pears Baby Queen, Somkene Chukwuka Eze, died on Friday May 15 after she slumped in her school and was rushed to a hospital in the Magodo area of Lagos. They tried to revive her but to no avail. So sad. Our thoughts and prayers go to her parents at this time. (Source: LIB).
