The business mogul, Chief Molade Okoya-Thomas, has been reported dead, aged 79. A well known sports enthusiast, Okoya-Thomas was a committed sponsor of the popular annual Asoju Oba Table Tennis Championship in Lagos. Details of the circumstances leading to his death are still sketchy.
He was until his death the Chancellor of the Lagos State University and Chairman of CFAO Nigeria Limited.
