BREAKING: Dancing senator Ademola Adeleke to contest Osun governorship election

Nigerian Senator, Ademola Adeleke representing Osun West Senatorial District (PDP), Monday, on the floor of the Senate, officially declared his intention to contest in the forthcoming governorship election in the state.

The senator also made his intention known in a letter written to the National Chairman of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday.

According to TheNewsGuru, the letter was written on the senator’s official letterhead paper.

Ademola Adeleke is the younger brother of the late senator Isiaka Adeleke aka ‘Serubawon’ who died in April last year after a brief illness.

The late Isiaka Adeleke was a serving senator on the ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC) when he died in 2017.

Due to certain reasons, Ademola who filled his brother’s vacuum, was elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) by defeating APC’s candidate, Mudashiru Hussein.

Popularly called the dancing senator, he is widely loved for his usual energetic dancing steps.
