Fela’s son and leader of afrobeat, Egypt 80, Seun Kuti attended the 61st Grammy awards ceremony in company of his partner, Yeide.
Kuti, who was billed to perform at the award ceremony, said he failed to mount the stage as a result of flight tickets mix-up. “I had the weirdest ticket mix up in history meaning I missed my flight and the rehearsals and we couldn’t go on.
