There was a report some days ago that former Lagos State governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola had fathered twins with a lady named Biodun Mcgregor, who works for the Lagos state government.
But reacting to the story, Fashola’s Spokesperson, Akeem Bello described it as ‘mere speculation’
“If you check the report by The Capital who has been on the case for a while very well, you will see that it was a mere speculation, no proof other than speculation. How do you determine the father of a child on mere speculation? What investigation was done? I won’t comment on mere speculation or dignify a mere speculation, it is not worth it’ he told Newsontheblog.
When pressed further to give a categorical ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer, Bello said he won’t dignify speculation with an emphatic ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer. (LIB).
What is speculative about fathering a twin? It is all a question of “he did it” or “he did not”, and a paternity test will easily remove the speculative aspect of this issue.
