Former president of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Olumide Akpata has joined the Labour Party (LP).
This move may not be unconnected with an aspiration towards contesting in the Edo 2024 Governorship Election. He can be seen proudly holding the Labour Party’s membership card, signifying his formal association with the party.
Mrs O.J @mamarolex, on her Twitter handle, announced Akpata’s moving into politics where she wrote: “See who came to join @NgLabour the formal president of the BAR association of Nigeria, Mr Olumide Akpata! @OlumideAkpata“
