Nigerian Senator from Akwa Ibom, Mr. Godswill Akpabio has tendered his resignation as Minority Leader of Nigerian Senate.
Akpabio disclosed this in a letter dated August 4, addressed to the Senate Deputy Minority Leader, Mr. Emmanuel Bwacha.
The Senator, however, did not give any reason for the resignation.
He, however, thanked the senate leadership and referred to the PDP as “our great party”, “for giving him the opportunity to lead the caucus for three years.”
