congoIs prominent Canadian French-language foreign correspondent, François Bugingo, a joker, a clown or both? He claims that he is the biological father of Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, and has filed a court action to demand DNA test as a proof.

M.  Bugingo, who was born in Congo, is a high-profile Quebec journalist who has covered conflicts around the world for TV, radio and print publications. He filed a  paternity lawsuit a few days ago, in a Montreal courthouse, asking the court to order a DNA test to prove his claims.

He claims he was Princess Diana’s personal driver and bodyguard for more than three years, before and after the birth of Prince William. According to him, he was in charge of  the security of the princess on behalf of the MI5.

He alleges that he had an affair with the princess between July 1979 and March 1982, and he is convinced that he is the biological father of Prince William.

“When Diana got pregnant, she told me that I was the father” says Mr. Bugingo. “We were deeply in love, but her family had pushed her into a marriage with Prince Charles. She was very unhappy with him, and she wasn’t even sleeping with him at the time. I am absolutely confident that a DNA test would prove my claim.”

The man, who has since become a Canadian citizen and a well-respected journalist, claims he had to leave the United Kingdom because he was being harassed by agents of the Royal family.

François Bugingo, a Quebec freelance foreign correspondent, has contributed to many Canadian media outlets. According to the CBC, “Over his lengthy career, Bugingo has contributed to La Presse, TVA, Le Devoir, Journal de Montréal, Télé-Québec and Radio-Canada.”

The court hearings in this strange case, which is attracting a lot of media attention in Canada, was scheduled to begin on June 2 2015, at the Montreal courthouse.

It is not known whether there has been any reaction yet, from the Royal family, but worldnewsdailyreport.com says the MI5 did confirm that Mr. Bugingo had indeed “collaborated with the British security intelligence agency in the past,” without giving any specific details.

  1. He must have some sort of mental problem. If he doesn’t, he may invite defamatory lawsuit to himself from this type of outlandish claim. There is no way that he is the father of Prince William; this claim humiliates the Prince, and as such, is actionable for defamation.

  2. As prominent as thiwas is man was, this is probably his downfall. I am black from Africa and my son is half cast with a blond dad. Prince William does not look anything close to a half cast child. He is looking for fame and why ridicule himself, I truly have no idea. He could be smart but the law of genetics would’v shown some visual evidence on the child and there is NONE. Go get a life dude and stop making a fool of yourself.

  3. THE BLACK MAN IS A MAD MAN . IS THE PRINCE A HALF CASTE? WHY IS EVERYBODY POTRAYING PRINCESS DIANA AS A FLIRT WHO SLEEPS ARPUND EVERYWHERE ?
WHY SHOULD THIS MAN EMBARRASS THE YOUNG PRINCE WILLIAMS ? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR TO THE MAN .
