Instagram star model, Janae Gagnier aka Mercedes Morr, has died at the age of 33, rapper Tory Lanez confirmed.
“Rest in peace Queen,” he wrote on his Instagram story.
Morr, who has over 2.5 million Insta followers, died on Monday, August 30, according to reports.
“Mercedez I’m so sorry, you did not deserve this at all. You had your whole life ahead of you”, one pal wrote in tribute.
Morr’s cause of death remains unknown. But one report says murder-suicide is being suspected. Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion are among her famous followers.
An apparent relative posted a statement on Instagram about Mercedes’ death. “Thank you for all the prayers and calls in regards to Mercedes. Her parents are asking that you respect the family,” read the statement shared by a user @htownciara.
