Nigerian actress, Cynthia Anijekwu, has received N13.1 million in donations after making a public appeal for financial assistance to continue her cancer treatment.
The fundraising effort began after fellow actress Destiny Etiko shared an emotional video of Cynthia pleading for help to cover the high cost of her medical care.
Providing an update, Destiny announced that Nigerians had donated ₦13.1 million out of the ₦20 million target.
