Coming back from its two-month recess, the House of Representatives Tuesday passed a resolution to immediately revisit the issue of devolution of powers in the interest of the unity of the country.
It also resolved to set up a strong committee to liaise with all stakeholders across the six geopolitical zones for practical solutions to the country’s unity.
House Majority Leader, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila (APC, Lagos), moved the motion under the motion of urgent national importance.
