How Ondo deputy speaker, Iroju Ogundeji was impeached - Vanguard News
The crisis between the Ondo state governor, Rotimi Akeredolu and his deputy, Mr Agboola Ajayi has started to take its toll. This is because the leadership of the Ondo state House of Assembly has suspended two lawmakers for unruly behavior.

The two lawmakers suspended are the Deputy Speaker of the house, Iroju Ogundeji, and another member of the House, Adewale Williams.

Ogundeji is one of the lawmakers who dissociated themselves from the impeachment process of Ondo deputy governor, Agboola Ajayi.

Recall that the process to impeach the deputy governor started yesterday with the service of notice of impeachment on the deputy governor.

Fourteen lawmakers signed the notice to impeach while nine lawmakers signed another notice dissociating themselves from any process of impeachment.
