The acting Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita has been made the substantive Head of Service and was sworn into office by President Buhari today January 6.
Oyo-Ita attended Queens College Yaba and got her B.Sc in Accounting at the University of Lagos in 1984. She holds a Master’s degree from the Nasarawa State University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
She was also the Director, Finance and Accounts at the Office of Head of Civil Service of the Federation.
