  1. The National Judicial Council will not say anything about this now, after they will say they are working the National Assembly will not say anything about this scandal because many of them are corrupt

  2. Ms. Lauretta Onochie…if it’s possible, can this judge be exposed? Please go through the proper channels and have his/her name revealed.

  3. Dear Dr. Sani Salih Mustapha, you said that “he was intimidated and provoked.”

May we know what exactly you mean? Who provoked him and why?

    1. Sir!

      The government because:
      1. Executive powers where ‘oga’ cannot be challenged.
      2. Lack of supervision awareness of potentials of weaknesses opportunities. For example I used to plead to non medical staff in the wards to ask for a replacement if they cannot with hold the temptation to pilfer pocketing instrument.
In the book of Genesis it is explained that authorities must not allow dishonest people to be put on position of authority. Finally in Islam no one is to be punished until every avenue is taken not to a;;ow him commit that crime. In this case there is no difference in the Shari’a.
