US District Court in Washington, D.C., has ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to process and release non-exempt records concerning a 1990s Chicago drug investigation linking current Nigerian President Bola Tinubu.
US Attorney, Jeanine Pirro, has initiated action in federal court to comply with the US courts’ orders concerning the release of records relating to drug-trafficking allegations against Nigerian President Bola Tinubu.
U.S. Attorney Pirro requested an additional 10 days, but Judge Beryl Howell granted only four additional days, until August 21, noting that this case has already been pending for more than three years.
