A chieftain and Presidential aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP, Atiku Abubakar, met with the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu at the Akure airport in Ondo State, on Monday.
Both politicians arrived the airport for onward movement to Ekiti State for their parties’ campaigns, ahead of the July 14 governorship election.
The former Vice President and Tinubu greeted and exchanged pleasantries alongside their supporters at the airport.
Abubakar, who was in Ekiti State with members of the PDP Governorship Campaign Committee expressed satisfaction with the level of the preparedness of his party for the upcoming governorship election.
