A Federal High court sitting at Abuja, today, December 1, 2014 gave an order permitting the PDP to apply for a mandatory order compelling either the Speaker or Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, to declare the Kebbe/Tambuwal seat being held by Hon Aminu Tambuwal vacant following his recent defection to APC from the PDP.
The PDP had dragged Tambuwal to the Federal High Court, asking the court to mandate him to declare his seat vacant and for him to vacate his position as Speaker of the House of Reps following his defect to the APC.
