According to News Express, flamboyant Senator, Otunba Dino Melaye, has beefed up his garage with a classic Rolls Royce bought from the United States of America at an estimated cost of $400,000 (about N180 million).

Melaye, who prides himself as the emerging godfather of Kogi State politics, is Chairman of the Senate Committee on the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). A car freak, he represents Kogi West in the National Assembly on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The controversial senator told a close circle of friends that the wonder-on-wheels, which has been decorated with a customised plate number, was acquired two years ago in Las Vegas, USA.
The picture of the Rolls Royce was secretly taken in his garage on Wednesday during a visit to his residence in the high brow Maitama District of the FCT, Abuja.
A source said: “Senator Dino Melaye is very smart; he actually got the car from Las Vegas two years ago. At that time, he was busy committed with anti-graft crusade as Executive Secretary of Anti-Corruption Network (ACN) but decided to keep it in secrecy.”
A Google check on the car indicated that the Rolls Royce is a rare collectible item that is not only scarce but very expensive.
According to News Express, checks have confirmed that the Rolls Royce is a 1923 model – making it to be 93 years old – and is used by only a few persons in a special grade.
